'Glee' to Honor Michael Jackson with Tribute Episode

Here is some big news for Michael Jackson fans (i.e. everyone on thuis planet)..... Fox's Glee is going to do a special Michael Jackson tribute episode! Much like the Madonna episode from Season 1, Glee will be featuring 10 to 12 of MJ's biggest hits.

According to TVGuide, the show's writers have already been working on the episode and shooting is expected to begin this Friday. Glee creator Ryan Murphy has been working with the Jackson family to assure that MJ would be honored appropriately on the show.

The cast of Glee recently featured a few of the Jackson family numbers in the Sectionals episode, including Man in the Mirror, ABC, and Janet Jackson's Control. Ryan said the "kids" had a great time performing the MJ numbers on the last episode and Thriller on last year's Super Bowl episode. They are now putting in their request to Glee's creator to sing their favorite MJ songs.
