Falling Skies on TNTSynopsis (Sanctuary, Part 1 - Air Date: Sunday July 17, 2011)
Lt. Terry Clayton of the 7th Mass arrives at the high school with disturbing news that Skitters and Mechs are on their way to attack the 2nd Mass in retaliation for their breakout of the children. Clayton has a plan to lead the children to safety while the adults remain to fend off the attack, but his plan is met with strong resistance by all the parents, including Tom.

Anne is giving a child a check-up when the boy's father pulls a gun on the doctor, demanding all of the antibiotics in storage. Anne tries to fight back but is overpowered. The family is afraid that they're not safe at the school and wants to take their chances outside. They need the drugs for barter.
Weaver leads a team outside to go looking for the family, and they're aided by someone on the outside, the leader of the 7th Mass., Clayton. Clayton allows the family to go, but forces them to leave the drugs. Clayton explains that the 7th Mass. is basically decimated. The skitters and mechs attacked them while they were in Wilmington, and the aliens are working their way there. He came to warn any groups about the imminent danger.
Meanwhile, Ben is settling back to normal life with his brothers Hal and Matt. Ben explains that he felt safe when in the skitters' custody, and they gave him everything he needed. Hal is worried that Ben has changed and tells Anne that Ben is now more physically fit than before. He could barely do 10 push-ups before his abduction, but now Ben can easily do 100.
Young soldier Jimmy asks Weaver for a second chance at being a guard. Weaver reluctantly agrees, letting him share sentry duty one night. A mech finds the school and kills Jimmy's sentry partner. Panicked, Jimmy heads into the school to warn the group and he runs into an invading skitter. Just as the skitter is about to take Jimmy, Weaver kills the alien with a shotgun. A grateful Jimmy gives Weaver a hug, and Weaver awkwardly comforts him.
Meanwhile, Maggie offers Anne a gun to help protect herself after the attack. Anne at first doesn't want to accept the gun, but after considering her options, she asks Maggie for some firearms training.
Clayton says that the invading mech and skitter were only on a scouting mission. The aliens will return just as they did before with the 7th Mass. He suggests that they send the children ahead to safety, since it's the children that the aliens want.
Matt and Ben are in the children's group, and Hal joins them as a guard. Jimmy is also along with the group, which includes Clayton as the leader. Clayton then leads the group away from the designated sanctuary, much to Hal's confusion, but Clayton assures him that everything will be fine.
The children arrive at an abandoned summer camp and are told to settle in for the night. They'll get the full tour in the morning. In one of the cabins, Clayton speaks with the boy whose family left the 2nd Mass. at the beginning of the episode. Clayton tells the boy that his parents are here to see him. Eager for a reunion, the boy follows Clayton out into the woods.
A girl is in the woods, and she tries to reassure the boy that if he follows her, he'll see his parents again. The boy grows reluctant, more so when he sees that the girl is harnessed. The boy tries to flee but is stunned unconscious by a mech. A skitter comes in to take the boy, and Clayton reminds the skitter of their bargain. The mech and skitter leave.
Clayton goes back to the camp, and speaks to a man in chains, congratulating him on telling the truth about the children at the school. The prisoner is Pope.
