Coinciding with the release of Madonna's twelfth studio album MDNA, we here at AOL Music engaged in a heated debate over whether or not it was time for the long-reigning queen of pop to retire. Well, fellow icon Elton John seems to have some very strong opinions on the matter, which he shared in a nasty rant during an Aussie TV appearance.

"Why is she such a nightmare?" Sir Elton asked rhetorically during an interview on Australia's "Sunday Night." "Sorry, her career is over. Her tour has been a disaster and it couldn't happen to a bigger c--t," he added, reigniting one of the music industry's longest standing feuds.
