Not only are there several images from the film, but, more importantly, there's an IMAX poster. After The Dark Knight became the first narrative feature to utilize IMAX cameras for roughly 30 minutes of stunning jumbo-sized footage, The Dark Knight Rises doubles down with roundabouts an hour in native IMAX. As such, genuine IMAX screens are the best way to see the new sequel, and if you picked up midnight tickets for the jumbo-sized format, you'll get a complimentary copy of this IMAX-exclusive poster.
Over the course of this franchise, we've seen the bat-symbol in many different media, including a swarm of bats, some big explosions, and, most recently, the crumbling skyline of Gotham. This new poster gives it a more godly angle, though, as Batman stands above the burning city as the heavens part in a very batlike manner, suggesting divine intervention. Caped Crusader indeed.

With Batman himself and his signature symbol dominating the IMAX poster, there are a number of new images showing off everyone but the Bat. One has a gaunt, goateed Bruce Wayne, but the rest highlight the supporting cast, as well as director Christopher Nolan taking a very hands-on approach to graffiti in Gotham.

So no Batman and no Bane in the the stills, but if you want to see Christian Bale and Tom Hardy slapping each other silly, then there's also a new IMAX TV spot available here or in high definition at Yahoo! Movies.
