As Captain Obvious once remarked to Major Sarcasm, videogame enemies can be bothersome. There they stand between you and your objective, firing bazookas/axes/pies at you, utterly dismissive of your desire (a) to reach your objective and (b) not have bazookas/axes/pies fired at you. But there's a point when mere unrelenting hostility becomes Something Else - an inexplicable urge not just to interfere but to irritate, at any expense. Videogame enemies can be bothersome, but only a very special few are Trolls.
