While this morning's clip seemed to come from later in the story, this one is pretty clearly from earlier in The Amazing Spider-Man. Peter is visibly learning to websling adroitly and takes a spill as a result. What's more, he seems surprised and exhilarated to be putting his powers and webshooters into action fleeing several dozen cops.
The clip differentiates this reboot from Sam Raimi's film with it's greater use of practical stuntwork and fewer big visual effects shots. It also shows off Andrew Garfield's mouthier Peter, who provides a running commentary and shouts, "I'm swinging here, I'm swinging here" at passing cars.

Some good swinging there, and a nice bit of wall-crawling on the side of a semi-truck, too. All the running is a bit odd though, mostly because I'm accustomed to seeing Spider-Man do more big, spontaneous leaps rather than just hoofing it like any other schmoe.
Billboard and whatnot have started popping up all over major metropolitan areas, billboards lacking the film's title but saying simply, "Amazing." If the movie's not well-received, many folks will doubtless find it funny to point out that it is not, in fact, amazing, but the promotion I've been seeing almost reads like critical lauding, so maybe's got a nice little trick at work here.
Check out Andrew Garfield, Emma Stone, Rhys Ifans, Denis Leary, Sally Field, Martin Sheen, Irrfan Khan, Embeth Davidtz, and Campbell Scott in The Amazing Spider-Man when the movie hits theaters in 2D, 3D, and IMAX 3D on July 3rd.
