(*****) Ten years from now, when someone is recommending horror authors, C.W. LaSart will be one of the first suggestions
By Max  / Format:Paperback

This is C.W. LaSart's debut book, and let me just say that it is one hell of a debut. Having followed her other short stories published in previous anthologies, I was beyond excited to dig into a collection consisting entirely of her own work. And I was not let down. LaSart is quite new to the scene, but she certainly doesn't write like it--I will not be surprised if I soon see her name on a Bestseller's list.

In Ad Nauseam, LaSart tackles horror in the most extreme fashion conceivable. Each new tale delivers in its own creative, repulsing, sometimes amusing way. If you like your horror graphic, this is the holy grail.

(*****) Terrific Collection of Horror Tales!!!
By Jennifer R. Word  / Format:Paperback|Amazon Verified Purchase

I love reading short story collections. I love reading short horror story collections even more. This book did not disappoint. Every story is chilling and dark, macabre and disturbing. My favorites were Simple Pleasures and The Hand That Feeds. The Hand That Feeds is just as good as any Stephen King short horror story. LaSart is definitely an author to keep your eye on. I loved this collection as much as any of Stephen King's short story collections, and I would compare C.W. LaSart to both King and Richard Matheson in regards to storytelling style and craft. This author is superb, and I wouldn't be surprised if C.W. LaSart ends up being a household name in the horror genre. I highly recommend this book to anyone who loves short horror, you won't be disappointed.
