Basically, stuff gets wrecked. Specifically, big holes get put in walls.
One thing you won't find in these image, which debuted in the print edition of Entertainment Weekly and were kindly scanned by Comic Book Movie, is Peter Parker or his alter-ego, Spider-Man. We all know what both of them look like by now, while The Lizard has only been shown fleetingly.

Rhys Ifans plays Dr. Connors, who in this version works as a geneticist for Oscorp and seems like a bit a piece. Emma Stone stars as Peter's thoroughly doomed first love Gwen Stacy, while Andrew Garfield is the guy holding this whole enterprise together as Peter Parker. Supporting players include Sally Field, Martin Sheen, Denis Leary, Campbell Scott, Embeth Davidtz, and Irrfan Khan.
Actually, I guess the guy holding this whole enterprise together is Marc Webb, making his sophomore directorial feature, which Sony intends to make the first of at least a trilogy. Webb's working from a screenplay by James Vanderbilt, with polishes from Steve Kloves and possibly a few other writers.
