Today, the second clip from the film has landed online. It's short, clocking in at under forty seconds total, and it's not terribly revealing, unless you want to know absolutely nothing from here on out. The clip features Charlize Theron as Meredith Vickers and Michael Fassbender as the robotic David 8. It benefits from a lack of context, as we have no idea who or what the two are talking about.
Still, though, it does show both characters being thoroughly themselves, and some folks might consider that and the ability to infer some stuff spoilers.
The clip debuted last night on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, and the embed you see is courtesy of a poster on the PrometheusForum.

Just a shot in the dark, but I'd say the "he" these two are referring to is Peter Weyland, the hugely hubristic industrialist whose company sends the Prometheus off into the far reaches of space. Seems Weyland is the only person who could so incite corporate stooge Meredith's interest so thoroughly.
Last week, the first official Prometheus clip showed the titular spacecraft landing on the planet where some most unpleasant goings on end up going on.
You know all this by now, but Ridley Scott directs his return to science fiction with this Alien quasi-prequel, working from a screenplay by Jon Spaihts and Damon Lindelof. In addition to Charlize Theron and Michael Fassbender, the cast includes Noomi Rapace, Logan Marshall-Green, Idris Elba, Guy Pearce, Sean Harris, Kate Dickie, Rafe Spall, and Patrick Wilson.
Prometheus arrives in theaters on June 8th.
