It seems the fate of Dragon Age: Legends ultimately leads to the Deep Roads. EA has announced the game will go offline and shutdown fully on June 18, being removed from Facebook and Google+ entirely.
The ability to exchange real money for in-game currency has already been disabled and there's a sale on in-game items for you to use what funds you have left from any previous purchases.
While The Calling is one Legends must heed, I'd be surprised if this was EA's last social outing in the Dragon Age universe. Definitely expect something to accompany Dragon Age 3 (or whatever it's ultimately called).
