Grand Theft Auto 5 will release in October 2012 - weeks away from Activision's Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 - according to Wedbush Securities. The analyst argues that 2K's failure to update its financial guidance following Bioshock Infinite's delay to 2013 suggests the firm has a big-hitter planned for late 2012 release. And what hitter bigger than a new Grand Theft Auto? Other than Call of Duty, obviously. Obviously.
