After announcing last week that Tekken Tag Tournament 2 will be available on consoles in September, Namco Bandai has today put out this undeniably charming trailer showing off some the additions and enhancements.
I think it looks fantastic. I have to confess, they had me the moment I realized what the song was (Will Smith's 2005 single, "Switch!"). That said, the original Tag Tournament genuinely been one of my favorite fighters, so it really is great news to see the sequel getting such a kick in the pants for it's console outing.
Capcom is contending with (or ignoring, arguably) FGC drama, Sega is just re-releasing Virtua Fighter 5, Tecmo put our what is in my opinion a very lackluster Dead or Alive 5 demo, but Namco? Namco is making their game better for those who had to wait.
Sign me up, indeed.
