The new trailer hits pretty much all the same beats as previous domestic trailers, albeit in a different order and with quite a bit of new footage sprinkled throughout. If it belabors one point, that point is Peter Parker's disappeared parents, as a mid-trailer voiceover really hits that nail on the head.
But anyways, check out the trailer to see Spidey-a-swangin', Dr. Connors-a-lizardin', and Aunt May-a-frettin'.
Gives a good flavor of what director Marc Webb and screenwriters James Vanderbilt and Steve Kloves are going for here. Note the new Peter, played by Andrew Garfield, mentioning that the villainonus Lizard is his responsibility. So we know that the reboot will attend to that thematic business of responsibility, but what we've been seeing so far suggests that guilt might not be such a big component, as I suspect Parker will be less directly culpable in the death of poor Uncle Ben.
Here are the new standee and poster, both of which debuted at Yahoo! Movies today:

The (500) Days of Summer helmer Webb made a good call casting Andrew Garfield as the new Spider-Man. Same goes for Emma Stone as Peter's first love Gwen Stacy. The rest of the cast in solid, too, including Rhys Ifans, Sally Field, Martin Sheen, Denis Leary, Chris Zylka, Campbell Scott, Embeth Davidtz, and Irrfan Khan.
The reboot was actually shot in 3D, so you might want to invest in some Rogue 3D Eyewear before The Amazing Spider-Man hits theaters on July 3rd.
