Call of Duty is dead! No it isn't, but Activision's gruntiest cashcow isn't looking quite as ruddy-cheeked and robust as usual. According to analysts at Macquarie Equities, total Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 sales are lagging behind those of last year's Call of Duty: Black Ops to the tune of 4.2 per cent.
