Max Payne 3 details unveiled over Twitter

As most of you are already aware, Penny Arcade Expo East 2012 came to a close just the other day, and it looks as if Rockstar Studios took to Twitter, answering questions about their upcoming title - Max Payne 3.
Being that there is so much content here, and the tweets are bite-sized, we have taken the liberty of keeping each tweet in its original form.
Tweet 1:
